For items to be despatched to destinations outside the UK, please contact us on with the details so that we can advise on postage and packaging costs.

Most items are delivered by the Royal Mail's First Class delivery service and should arrive the next working day after they have been despatched.

Delivery costs


FREE for orders over £50.00

£4.95 for orders under £50.00


Prices are in GB pounds and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is not included in the product prices and will be added to the total amount of the order unless it qualifies for free delivery.


In the event of one or more products being unavailable once the order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail stating when the products are likely to be back in stock. If you elect not to wait for the products, the value of the order will be recalculated and the balance refunded.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order placed by a customer with whom a dispute exists regarding the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. You are advised therefore to retain proof of postage for all returns.


We want you to be delighted with your purchases. If you need to return any of our products because they are faulty or cause contraindications, please send an e-mail to to say which products you are returning and why. On receipt of your e-mail, we will provide you with a return code which must be enclosed with your return. We will meet the cost of your return postage.

If you change your mind and no longer want one or more of your products, you have 30 days to send the goods back to us at your own expense. Items must not be opened or used and they must be returned in their original packaging. Again, please send an e-mail to to request a returns number.

For the above, any risk related to the return of the products, is borne by the customer. You are therefore advised to obtain and keep proof of posting.

Note: if you are returning products purchased as part of a set, all products supplied in the set must be returned in order to receive the refund or exchange.
